The modular design of the helmet is intended to provide a snug fit for noise reduction, so purchasing a larger size for a looser fit is recommended. A fully charged battery provides 12 hours of phone talk time, 8 hours of intercom talk time, and 110 hours of standby time.

It is important to store the battery in a cool place and to charge it regularly, even if the Bluetooth helmet has not been used. If the battery enters deep sleep mode, charging it for half an hour will restore Bluetooth functionality. For optimal performance, it is advised to fully charge the battery before the first use.
